We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exceptions

Customized or special-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
Used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
