Ordering & Payments

You can order any of our oil absorbent products directly from our website.
Payments are accepted through secure Canadian-friendly payment providers (credit card, debit, or trusted gateways).
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping fees will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Returns & Refunds

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
If we sent the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you’re responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned product.

Safety & Liability

Our products are designed specifically for oil spill absorption. Please follow usage guidelines.
Oil Hungry is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow instructions.
